How should I prepare for my session?

Please arrive with your artwork ready to be photographed, clean and free of all pet hair. We will provide a lint roller for last minute touch ups. If you will be using your images for submissions, please bring your digital sizing requirements and have in mind what part of your artwork you want photographed for your detail images. For quilts, please ensure your piece is complete with a hanging sleeve and bar.

What equipment do you use?

We constantly update our camera and computer equipment to provide the highest quality of imagery possible. We utilize professional-grade cameras and studio lighting to ensure your artwork is captured authentically with true color. What quality imageS will I receive?

Our digital images are captured at 36.3 megapixels, delivering phenomenal image quality to our clients. Images can be resized to fit your needs at no additional cost. 

How long will it take to receive my images?

All our fine art reproduction images will be delivered within 1 week of your photography session. If you need your images faster, upgrade to a 1 day rush service for $20 extra. 

Where are you located? Do you TRAVEL?

We have a photography studio located in North Portland, Oregon near the University of Portland. Our studio has everything we need to capture your work! We love to travel and can also come to your home or studio for a small fee. Or contact us for information on how to mail us your artwork!

When are you available? How do I book a photography session?

Photography sessions are available 7 days a week by appointment only. We typically schedule sessions between 10am-7pm. Contact us to reserve a spot on our calendar!

What forms of payment do you accept? When do we pay?

 For studio sessions, payment is due at your session. A retainer may be required for sessions outside of our studio. We accept all forms of payment, including cash, checks and cards. A 4% processing fee will be added to all card transactions. To avoid this fee, please bring cash or a check to your session. Please make checks payable to Hoddick Photography. If you need assistance with your payment, don’t hesitate to let us know.
